Sent an email yesterday for confirmation of my order since I sent a payment over just wanted to make sure it was received and being processed or something. Don’t know how long you usually take to respond so checking in on here with everyone else

Yeah I know I said I would probably not order again but I did. A week later and no response or confirmation email for purchase. Emailed 3 times now. Once I get what I ordered this will be the last time. I would be embarrassed if this was my side job.

I hope all you guys, plus people reading considering buying choose a more communicative and reliable source. This has been a pattern that I've noticed and I'd never buy from him.
Having the same issues but I am a slut for sales, I'm just assuming since it was holiday time they're a lil backed up but I hope to God my $$$ doesn't disappear or imma make myself disappear.

Update: pack has now started moving arrival expected on the 7th still no response to email or replies on this site. Will update again when the pack lands to see if all items are accounted for.

Nice, hopefully mine does as well. I'm in the same boat -- order placed on the 29th and shipping label created on the 31st. So far no movement in the package. I just emailed Tejas today so I wouldn't expect a reply yet. Encouraging to hear that your pack is moving though, thanks for the update.

That's good to hear! I never received a confirmation email so I can't even track mine. Just hoping they are a bit behind because of the holiday weekend.

Yeah it was a relief to see. I did order through the site they provided, so it was auto updated with the information for me. Hopefully everyone's just backed up and he had fun over the holidays. It's hard to balance work and life, especially so when that work is not on the legal side of things.

We had been dealing with some Ddos attacks briefly but they have been resolved.

Day 4 since placing order. No confirmation or update from source.
I have responded to your email with tracking information.

I hope all you guys, plus people reading considering buying choose a more communicative and reliable source. This has been a pattern that I've noticed and I'd never buy from him.
Look man, we have gone over this, this is a direct quote from not only our website but also our website FAQ. Time and time again I see you on threads bashing us for something we openly convey as a term for our service. I'm starting to feel like you may have a crush on me and if you'd like I'll send you some free gear to try and change your mind. ;)
While some sources may respond fairly quickly, WE DO NOT, we do not have access to SST, Protonmail, Tutanota, etc unless we are on a secured device. This is not only for our security, but also for the security of our clients. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond. If you do not like this, please feel free to seek any one of the other competent sources available.

It appears multiple packs from the 25-2nd are experiencing updating delays. I noted a good bit of them have updated as of the past 24/48 hours but a few still remain delayed.
This is nothing on our part, I have verified the packs were dropped within an appropriate time frame. If you feel this is unacceptable after you receive your package please me and we can work something out.

Order volume is at an all time high and our team is doing a very impressive job at getting everything done correctly. We are working on more updated test results with some included product additions. We also plan to bring on a dedicated individual for emails that can handle them 24/7 so we can appease our client base. This growth has been a learning curve for us but with proper planning and learning from our mistakes things only improve not only for us but also for our clients. We appreciate your understanding.

Or, you know respond without people needing to post about it on the forums to get your attention after a week of non communication.

I sent an email earlier today with no response. Ordered on 12/26 got an email on 12/27 saying order was verified and shipped that day, but no tracking and order has not shown up yet.

Instead of taking my comments personal, how about you look at me as trying to improve your way of business. Instead you made a comment about your terms of service as a way to justify your shortcomings

Look at other top sources, they don't have some of the customer posts that you get occasionally. Take this as a way to do better and improve.
