Hey guys for you posting bashing over a 1-2 day email back or little things like that..pharmahgh has had the best customer service I’ve dealt with..even better than colonial and theirs was good. I emailed yesterday at 5:30 pst and hit an email back today at 2 with a tracking number. Customer service is good as ever and y’all are scaring people for no reason .

Can anyone testify for pharmas primo quality? It seems a bit underdosed but it’s hard to say because it’s only my 3rd week. (Switched over from colonials labs)

No worries . so I addressed this in a previous post and I posted on our front page when an order is marked complete its just a reference for us . It means its either on its way or you received it already . we dont always mark orders complete right after they ship . sometimes we wait a few days

Its posted brother . we have some new testing coming as well . One of our customers posted a blind test result

you can check a recent customer test report it actually came in slightly low nothing crazy but we didnt test that batch of raws and used the same recipe to make that batch . we quickly adjusted the dosage up slightly once we got the test report . so 98% of our products we are able to test the raws every batch because we buy in such large bulk we will be using that same batch for months . But when it comes to the more expensive products that have less of a demand for like primo ,ment,halo we sometimes are not able to test the raw ourselves before we open a new batch . Its very rare that it haopens but it does happen so those products may fluctate by 5% or so once in a blue moon . just being Honest here . We have recently started to purchase larger amounts of these products for this reason , so we can test every batch and make sure we are nailing the exact dosage

I'm at almost a whole week and nothing. I really don't like having packs sit in the mail system this long because you know the whole Colonial thing.

Some spicy comments here lol I ordered Sunday and it showed as processing right away. It hasn't arrived yet but pharma is running a UGL not an Amazon warehouse people need to chill out he answers emails same day every time I message him

Hasn't responded to any of my emails from today and I got a message failed to send notice just a few minutes ago

Hi Pharma I did an order and just received it today . First time ordering . kind of disappointed I received 4 bottles of Test P 100 . All super crystallized. All the other ones I bought look good but all the test P are bad . I emailed you pictures so you can see the color of it and how bad it looks .

Dude, heat them up and it’ll reconstitute. It probably dropped temp during shipping. What are you disappointed about?

I did that . It crystallized again today . Product is bad . And I stored them in dark place with good temperature

I can't even get them to reply to my email after placing an order on Sunday. Zero communication. Guess I'm out $140

Sent you an email. Pack has been stuck in Memphis with a clearance delay and no scheduled delivery for a while now. No update since the first and initially got there on the 18th of February. Any help would be appreciated.
