First time ordering from these guys, I as super excited to try out because of the good reviews talking about quick shipping. I ordered on the 15th and I still have no package no tracking number. I’ve email and haven’t had a response in over 48 hrs. I’m starting to feel like I’ve gotten scammed. I know stuff happens but more communication would be appreciated @Pharmahgh can anyone help me

I can verify seller responds quickly to proton emails, my first orders always arrived pretty quickly with no issue. Just placed another order and I was stuck with processing status, and he confirmed I'm good to go.
I wish I could say the same. It’s been 2 days with no response at this point and

Ok so now I’m being called an entitled kid for inquiring about an order that has already been late and a track number that was supposed to be received yesterday that was already late being more late.

Ok so now I’m being called an entitled kid for inquiring about an order that has already been late and a track number that was supposed to be received yesterday that was already late being more late.
Source has shown multiple times to be unprofessional when under pressure and in the wrong. I'd look elsewhere.

I think you should learn to read, his email was as respectful as anyones. Stop wining on STT he already explained to you it was a technical issue.

I see some of the children made accounts here just to troll. Source is good to go has always answered my emails and got my packs within a few days. But then again I know how the mail system works and that shit can get messed up.

How did I call anybody out ? I said pharmagh has been good to me ! And backed by MY bloodwork. I don’t shill. I don’t protect any sources. I speak the truth. Anybody who’s known me from forums for years will say that I am straight forward. I have nothing to gain by saying a source is good or bad. I have nothing to prove to you or anybody else on here or any other boards I just state my opinions as we all do.
Please dude. You're active on ASF and PM, two biggest shill forums where heavy moderation is needed to protect sources. And you want to call out another forum?

We had discussed this multiple times I explained the tech error . I assured you your order would ship the following day which it did . I gave you tracking upon request . why not post the whole conversation . The email where you ripped into me for not shipping your package or sedning a tracking number . when in fact your pack had already shipped and we dont automatically send tracking you would have to email us for tracking after your order ships . My question is How much do you expect us sources to put up withbefore we get upset ?? this guy sent me multiple emails badgering abd then rips into us for not shipping when in fact it had already shipped.

what you guys dont see is the multiple emails if we dont respond in minutes ,the baggering and ripping into us before the post is made here . We have to put up with some truley wild and rediculous stuff . My question to you is should we put up with that ? At what point is it ok with you that we get upset ? what your not seeing is all my professional responses though email before the guy comes here to post . I have said multiple times we respond to emails , most of the time within minutes or hours. on the weekends its a bit longer but the standard for any compnay is 24 hrs . we ship packs within 24hrs, if we are backed up 48 hrs but thats rare . Our customer service is top notch if you have dealt with us before you woukld know that .We will go way above and beyond for any customer in every situation . There are just some people who cannot be pleased and have no problem ripping into you for absolutly no reason , That part of the job I get it . your always going to have people like that . But I refuse to be a door mat

WHATS UP GUYS ? WE WILL BE GOING ON A BREAK FROM MAY 1 TO JUNE 1 . WE WILL BE BACK OPEN FIRST WEEK IN JUNE .

We will be taking a short break , my apologies , we have been going for a long time without one . In this business there are no days off or vacations and were going around the clock many days. Its extremely demanding . you end up sacrificing a lot of time with those you care about . No complaints here , we know what this business demands. Were going to rest up , spend time with fam and re structure some things so we can come back and serve this community even better then we have before. we thank you guys for your support

I would just like to receive my order. If I didn’t message multiple times you wouldn’t even have noticed that there was a glitch in the system. Badgering with emails? I was inquiring about my order status. The order was placed on the 15th it’s the 24th and Im still waiting. The tracking is saying usps is still waiting for the item.

Yeah this is not true you guys. There were days in between certain emails. He was professional up to when I asked for my shipping number for the 4th time after being told I would receive it the day before. Honestly I’m very envious of all of you guys that have had pleasant experiences with this sponsor. I wish I could say the same. I have talked to and see other messages where this guy goes off on customers. He has an incredibly short fuse. If you have a problem with them just understand if message him trying to confirm and check on your items Hera gonna blow up on you. I’m a business owner and I understand stuff happens. But when I mess up and know I’m in the wrong I don’t go to send customers aggressive unprofessional emails. Stay on top of your stuff when you order from them guys. I ordered on the 15th and the tracking number that I finally was able to receive says usps is still waiting for the package. Idk if that’s a glitch or not but I still don’t have my order. We are at 9 days since I’ve ordered.

"Hey man The site failed to send an email to us for your order . must have glitched . it was canceled and we updated it manually after checking payment but it never sent . sorry about that It will be going out tomorrow"

April 20th from you also could have been part of the problem was you added to the order and I gladly took care of that for you.

I don't get upset for no reason at all I think you have your dates confused mate I can screen shot the emails and show you the dates. On the 19th we established order was shipping on the 20th . 20th order shipped . 21st you had jumped on us for the order not shipping and no tracking which I had promptly sent you non the 21st just after you emailed m,e and explained to you , your order shipped like I said on the 20th and here is your tracking . today is the 24th
I responded with the email you posted asking you not to act that way that your order shipped like I had said and you could have just emailed asking for tracking which I sent to you on the 21st while this was playing out
If you would like to se screen shots I can snap pic of the dates . These are 100% the dates of our conversation
