Plenty of TRT clinics online offer it so i'm sure theres a lot of guys that stay on it long term out there.
Even at low doses of 50mg a week I would still take breaks here and there though but thats just me.
Cialis does NOT work for me when my e2 is too low or too high.. I can maybe get hard for a couple minutes but it gets soft even at 20mg cialis..
Not sure if thats the same for everyone.. Anyone else got input?
Anybody experience low libido on primo? I’m on 3rd week of 180 test / 100 primo and everything is great, feeling good, workouts are good BUT I have no libido, no thoughts of sex and hard to keep an erection. Problems literally started just this week but have gotten worse.

I agree with you. I keep up with Anbaolic Doc in YouTube he’s great for older folks in AAS and he says the same thing, lots of conflicted data on HCT. I believe in one of the videos he says he’s never heard of someone getting a blood clot due to elevated hct that caused by TRT but don’t quote me...
UPDATE: Just wanted to update everyone. I’m on 3rd week adding primo to my trt. I can say that my whole general outlook in life has gotten better. Been motivated to train, eat right, and so on.. This is my first time trying primo… so maybe I was low on DHT or something but it definitely helped...
