One on the left is a different brand, 10 mL Vial I had just popped the cap off of. The three on the right are TCL. Deca looks fine, but both test-cyp vials, still sealed, look way low.

Haven't used any oils, but just noticed that my test cyp vials are more like 8mL instead of 10.
Everyone should take this into consideration when ordering. You won't be able to finish your cycle ok schedule with such a huge margin of error.

Finally received order after a month of back and forth. Vials look good, but all orals/ancillaries look the exact same (shape and color). You literally cannot tell Nolvadex from Anavar. Several of the orals were crushed into small pieces/powder in each pouch. They're not pressed very well...

Was there any communication with them while you waited? They say to give them 24-48 hours, which is reasonable, but 10-11 days with no communication is very suspect.
