I do 3 injections per week subq. Going from shallow IM to subq on that schedule was good for about 15 points. The oil depot bumps kinda stink, but my energy levels and performance are more stable.

Lots of folks have inflammatory responses to MCT. I don't, so I love that it's easy to inject, but for some people it's no bueno. Not even local discomfort, but systemic inflammation over time that can really do a number on the organs if some is unlucky and doesn't switch oils.
