Newbie: First Cycle Clen/Var

Wanting to start need to drop inches not just those last couple.

Was reading this is very popular but dosage is all over the board.

6’4 305lb man endomorph body type

8 week cycle 4 week oral Clen ramping from 20 mcg to 100mcg through the 4 weeks.

Anavar for 8 weeks 1/2 twice a day totaling 25

Would like to see a 20lb drop

Are you relying solely on the drugs for the weight loss? Hope diet/training is in check or nothing’s going to really change…

Get on a cycle of consuming less calories per day and increasing your overall physical work load while maintaining the same or reduced stress levels and getting adequate sleep.

I go to the gym 6 days a week been dedicated for a year now I put in 2 hours a day. I eat 1800 cals 150+ gram protein already lost over 50 lb and gained newbie gym muscle. I’ve put in the work and continue to. I want a push. I’m going to do it one way or the other just would prefer help before I do it wrong.

where’s your test base?? If you’ve only been going to the gym for 1 year, then you have a few more to go naturally. You should be the best version of yourself before getting on gear, it’s not a crutch.

For the clen - you can work your way up to 50% of your bodyweight, run it until you get your desired results assuming you're not having any negative side effects.

Anavar - 25mg-40mg for 8 weeks is just fine

You may want to consider starting off with the clenbuterol first, working your way up to a sustainable dose then adding in the anavar. A longer slower approach to maximize the results you're looking for. Then like others have said, get your cardio in have your diet on point and just keep grinding away. Starting to have clen side effects, dial it back a bit then try increasing it again. Best of luck.

where’s your test base?? If you’ve only been going to the gym for 1 year, then you have a few more to go naturally. You should be the best version of yourself before getting on gear, it’s not a crutch.
I’m on Depo Test as a lagit TRT from my doc. Not looking for a crutch but a hand up. I know you get out what you put in.

What kind of Post will I need after doing 8 weeks of Anavar. I read Clomid is recommended. Is that the case?

If you’re already on TRT, there’s no need to PCT…

Be wary of likely cramping when combining the clen and anavar, drink tons of water and get a good amount of potassium from foods. Taurine also helps.

Throat cramps from clen are the absolute worst. If you can get ahold of some albuterol, it’d be a much better time honestly.

Tirzepatide or semaglutide will help you lose weight faster than both clen and var. In six and a half weeks on tirzepatide I have cut 16 pounds off while on test/primo/var (cruise dose) but my lifts are starting to drop noticeably.

1800cals at 300+ is starvation. You will drop down quick but the end result may not be one you're happy with as far as the amount of muscle you actually have. Might very well end up with a LOT of loose skin too and look very 'skinnyfat'.

Generally speaking - the only thing gear really does in a caloric deficit is help preserve muscle, so it won't actually do anything to aid your weight loss. That will be the clen. No matter what way you role the dice the main factor to losing body fat is being smart about your diet, and then sticking to it.

Amino Asylum has supper shredder that has albuterol in it. Any thoughts to it?

It's a shame u just overlook all the great input that experienced members have offered that u need to put in more time and hard work in the gym n kitchen. cuz ur so set on taking something.

Stop looking for a shortcut or a "leg up" 1 year into the gym. U lost 50lbs in ur FIRST year, keep that plan going cuz its working just fine. Invest that money into a trainer for the next year to push u instead. Run compounds when u will actually be able to see ur results n ur original plan has halted to yield any more progress. Goodluck

I’d take Semaglutide over Clen any day. Stuff is easy to come by and you’ll drop fat quick.
Was actually curious about this. The TRT place I go to offers it, but I know nothing about it

I did not overlook their advise. I am going to continue doing it just like advised by them and everyone else on every other forum since I started looking into this.

The issue is mentality. You and others feel I’m wanting a quick fix. That’s not the case I’m trying to jumpstart a stalled process. For some reason when I ask these questions here and other forums I’m treated like I am not worthy yet. I’m trying to cheat and so no one will help. I could lie and say I been going 5 years and 13% body fat all natural want to get started and people like you would jump all over trying to answer the exact same questions I am asking.

I know I made bad decisions but in the past year I am working my tail off to turn things around and get Into this world and people like you keep pushing me away because I am being 100% truthful. I have never asked anyone for a magic pill so I can set at home drink soda, eat candy and watch tv.

I am 41 not 21. Back then competing professionally in martial arts I would have already been shredded and well above and one of those people you just love to talk to. But I’m not I’m 41 my body doesn’t react as quick my metabolism isn’t as high as it once was. I’m putting in the work. I go to the gym I count calories I make sure My macros are correct. I drink over a gallon of water a day. I have listened I continue to listen, learn and grow. Now I want to see what’s next so I can make the correct choices when I, me, feel that it’s the right time for me.
