Yes the are my friend I upgraded to 10mm tablets with cross cut scores so you can now cut tablets in quarters. Reason they where capsules befor is to much raw for 8mm tablets they wouldnt hold solid. They are still a little softer than all the other tablets but they are holding never the less...
