When it happend to me (after upping my test and before I got my AI dialed in) I used Raloxifene. Its a SERM just like Nolva only its supposed to work much better and have less side effects. Get you some of that and keep it just in case you start feeling puffy, itchy, or overly sensitive nips.

I would personally get Raloxifene for "oh shit gyno" duty. I used 60mg a day for a month just to make sure when I had what I thought was a flare up. Hopefully someone with more experience can chime in about using Nolva for what you speak of, as I have only read PCT protocols utilizing it.

No. Cruising simply means using a 'replacement' dose of test while you are in-between blasts. If you are not trying to regain natural production by coming completely off exogenous testosterone you have no need to PCT.

I just rotate from left to right and delt to quad. I do pin daily so not much volume to push and I put the vial in front of a little electric space heater for a couple minutes. Right now I am only putting around 30 units in the pin that holds 50 (aka .3 cc's per shot)
