when I take my dianabol I let it sit under my tongue (sublingual) for 15 minutes by opening the caps and letting it absorb in the capillaries in the mouth, then just wash it down with preworkout. bypasses the liver on first pass, and gives you higher levels due to no breakdown in the stomach.
