A typical insulin syringe is in fact 100 units or 1 ml if your hcg vial is 3000 iu and you add say 2 ml of bac water that would then divide it in half so per ml you would have 1500 iu or 150 per .01 on your syringe sounds like you have your math a bit wrong you do not need to inject that much
