Yeah youre right, not the best method. I'm not familiar with low estrogen, never took too much AI-but I am pretty familiar with high estrogen. The thing with the bloat is that im eating in a. surplus, the bloat will be there regardless ganing 1-2 pounds a week. And it varies day by day-some days...
Alone I would absolutely run AI. But I was under the impression that EQ acts as an AI and an easily crash estrogen, which is why I have not taken an AI this cycle.

Started a test/eq cycle a month ago, started at 500 sust/300eq. Upped it to 650 test and 450 EQ this week. Taking zero AI. Having some issues with my dick and sense of well-being which started around week 3. My state makes it really hard to get bloods done...
