Wasn't sure if I should post this as an experience thread or an anecdotal review but I figure here works. I can anecdotally say @HunterPharm 's accutane seems legit and very strong. This is based on the fact that it's working, and I have every common side effect listed..
Experience: I started taking 20mg a day on 4/3/23. Sometimes I take it every other day or every 3rd day if sides are bothering me. I planned on trying this first order, then ordering more and doing it for 6 months total. New plan is finish this and be done. This stuff is way harsher on me than I expected, even at this low dose. The typical dryness is easy enough to manage, drink a lot of water and put chapstick on at night and I'm fine. The sides I can't handle and reasons I'm stopping are the nausea and the back/neck pain. There's no way I could blast while on this; one because it already feels like its very harsh on my body and 2 because there's no way I could eat enough. I have been on a crazy unintentional cut this past month and a half. I have low appetite and just randomly feel very sick after eating even a small amount of something i eat all the time. Or sick because I need to eat but not hungry. The back and neck pain is new as of this last week and quickly becoming unbearable. I had to stop myself from financing a $2k chair I've never sat in before that's how bad it hurts. I have a 9 month old and its spring so I'm doing yard work and house projects so I can't deal with this. I think I'm going to "microdose" the rest of what I have and just take 20mg per week.
Review: As far as it working so far: I have already noticed an improvement in one and a half months. I have less acne and the acne now seems to not come all the way to the surface if that makes sense. This means it doesnt look as bad and it no longer hurts. Good enough for me I think. Thanks Hunter Pharm after this I definitely trust anything I'm getting

I appreciate you writing this review up! I think it's a first for Accutane after so many years. Don't forget to email me as I'd like to compensate you for your time!
