Hey,

34 M here

I have completed my first cycle (0.6 ml of T400 twice a week for 10 weeks). I have been of for 4 weeks now and start Nolva 40 mg 2 weeks ago. and I will start 2 weeks at 20 mg tonight

During cycle, I didn't experience any acne (maybe some minor) but for the last 2 week and since I started Nolva, I experience some serious acne on the chest, shoulder and neck area.

Does any else experience the same?

Where I am, it's hard to get a blood work for hormones. I can't provide any data on my current hormones level :-(

Yes it is normal to get acne when doing PCT. Acne is a likely result of fluctuating hormones. I usually get a little when I first start my cycle and when it’s time to PCT. It usually resolves in a timely manner.

this is gonna sound stupid, but use a loofa with head and shoulders shampoo in every area you get acne.

I had a fungal outbreakn my back, i guess i got it from the bench, but head and shoulders cleared a lot of it up.

I know it sounds dumb

You can avoid acne by adding clomid to your PCT, and HCG. You’re getting acne because your estrogen is fucked up to the nines my guy. That’s why you use clomid and hcg with nolva. When you use all three it tells the Lydig cells in the testes to produce normal hormones and sebaceous gland secretion.
