Thought I’d post a T/A review since I just received my first order from Altered Genetics since reddit’s SST shut down.
Package was received on the 9th business day after payment was confirmed. Perfectly reasonable time to ship. Also it appears Altered answers emails once per day, so keep that in mind if you need some back and forth communication prior to ordering.
My first order with Altered was, iirc, about 2 years ago, and I’ve ordered from him on multiple occasions. I’ve had bloodwork done in the past on their gear and it’s been spot on.
One small issue I had with the package is that the ends were not taped well at all. My box had gotten squished a bit and was all but open on the end. To be honest, I’m a bit concerned it was opened and inspected, but I can’t imagine why it was still delivered if that was the case. It also wouldn’t have taken much more for the contents to have just fallen right out. I’ve never had any packaging issues from Altered in the past.
