That would depend on the number of caps you’re making and at what dose. It should also be noted that most people would say its very hard to accurately dose capsules/tablets to 1mg with minimal variance. If for personal use I would look into making a liquid suspension.

@Beefcake4000 make an oral solution… way easier then caps!!! Look up Humco or ora blends… Amazon has it… indont know the recipe off the top of my head… but it’s a simple as mixing the right amount.of.raw.powder to 30ml of humco or ora blend in a oral dispenser… shake super well before each dose… ylu can.make it so 1ml of liquid is whatever dose you want… qml can be 1mg to 100mg…
