Azteca Gold. PROBLEM RESOLVED.

Not currently happy with @azteca after having a lot of good from him in the past. I asked him to make an exception and take on a order of $55 (I needed nolvadex, and I asked for a favor since I’ve done so much ordering from him) he said that was fine, I sent funds on the 25th. No tracking, no replies to 2/3 emails, not even an update.

It’s now been 11 days, since we started conversating, and 9 since payment was sent, and still have not even got tracking much less the package. I hate to leave a bad review, but he claims his TA is 3 days, and it’s been 9 with no tracking.. so I’m only left to believe the worst considering I’ve got nothing to go on at this point.

I replied to your email terribly sorry about the delay. I sent you tracking shows your package was delivered today. We have been extremely backed up on orders. Never the less not a excuse. You can follow up me via email if you like. Even tho your order was $55 I will grant you $100 store credit for the inconvenience to use whenever you like. Thanks AG

Look at that! Azteca going a mile above to make things right!

Azteca has always had amazing communication and I am surprised you even got a complaint.

I agree. He always has. (He didn’t have to accept order, or promise a quick TA) but since he did, do the following, which did not happen, it does irritate me. (promised tracking as soon as it was available) and it took 12 days for delivery, and I got tracking once the package was at my house. (I’ve got neighbors, family who sometimes grab my mail, etc) I need to know when it’s expected so that nobody else accidentally gets it and opens it. Again I needed it asap (not his problem but he said he could hook me up) then it took longer than expected. I’m just ranting now, but basically he made some promises that he didn’t keep, and with nothing to go on, I figured it was time to post a review.
