I’m a full time grappler. I’ve been on TRT for a while now to train as often as I do. Have tried EQ in the past but didn’t like it as it crashed my E2 too much. I’m looking for the optimal stack for me. I train BJJ every morning hard rounds and speed drilling comp class for 2 hours (Monday-Friday). I’m doing Jeff Nippard’s power building program 4x a week. And Tuesday/Thursday’s are hard BJJ training days morning, noon, and night.
I’m looking be able to continue recovering well for all these sessions but start putting on dry lean muscle and the more aesthetic look. Also while obviously keeping solid cardio.
I’ve thought about Masteron and Test. Any experiences or other suggestions?

test and mast or test and something like tbol
id say anavar with test but the pumps i get on anavar id imagine would be bad for bjj
i mean you can pretty much use anything and itll be good, just no tren because youd be too out of breath

What dosages? I’ve been on 175 mg test for a while. Was thinking 400 t / 300 M rather than 1:1 as I would get low e2 with Eq so don’t want same with mast

I've heard this come up on Think Big a few times, and the answer was "not much". Eliminate anything that hurts cardio performance, or causes pumps. No orals, no tren, etc...

High range TRT, and low does Nand for joint support were the main recommendations, with possibly TNE for comps.
