BioPharma no confirmation or response to emails after payment sent

I sent my payment for an order days ago and I got no confirmation. I emailed them twice since and never got any response and it seems like many other people recently have been having similar issues with this source as well. Does anyone know whats going on with this source? Really pissed off

From what I gather they are sorting out some staffing issues. I had a similar delay but recently received confirmation and tracking.
