I monitor blood pressure daily, not for any other reason than cause i want to do it daily. My first cuff was like 9-17" arms, my arms are right under 19". The first cuff always gave me high b.p., somewhere between 140-80 no matter what I did. I got every nature otc supplement you can get, nothing, cialis, nothing. So I was worried I was going to have to play it safe with gear. Well recently the cuff blew out. I got a new one for 18-22" arms. That one was reading, 112-60/70. Recently though, when I check my b.p., ive done this twice now, I would get two readings SUPER high and then two readings in my normal range. The bladder covers 80% of my left arm, the arrow is in the reference range etc. Everything seems right, so I started taking telmisartan, just to play it safe and as a pre-cautionary measure. what is everyones thoughts? thanks
