All 14 vials are unidentifiable due to the crushed one which was probably primo with my luck . I’ve ordered dozens of times with y’all and have never had any issues and I understand that the bottle breaking is just shit happens . But… I’ve emailed multiple times with one response that makes no sense. Lay all vials out in a line and take a pic. The pic I sent immediately after seeing it is clear as day with a crushed bottle and every label wiped out. I’ve asked repeatedly what do you want me to do with the pack and what is the hold up on shipping a duplicate order today?? Y’all used to respond fast and TA was always 3-4 days . Now growth of the business has interfered with quality control.

If you understand that “shit happens”why are you freaking out? Colonial is legit and the man!! You do realize you’re not his only customer and these guys do have lives outside of SST?? There’s no reason to act like you’ve been cheated. Chill out and try a different approach, be patient and nice.

I said I understand shit happens when a bottle breaks , not when you can’t get a response on what exactly to do and my duplicate pack should have been sent out yesterday no questions asked. I’ve doing a lot of orders with these guys and there is no disputing that sending me another pack should be automatic.
That sucks. Unfortunately you can't get the post office worker in shit for breaking your item due to the nature of the item but damn, my sympathies. Colonial has been 1-2 days behind normal schedule recently so they're probably just busy with the influx of orders since they restocked orals 2 weeks ago or so. You can tag their forum rep on here with the @ symbol so it puts a notification up top for them to get attention here. @Colonial Labs some shitty postal worker mishandled a pack (probably) and ruined this poor Chad's order, he just wants to make some gains

I rarely come on sst anymore , had to create a new account so I correspond through email 99% of the time and the response time used to be phenomenal as promised in the intro . Something has changed over there because you can even see one obvious under filled vial that has no cracks or anything .
Almost looks like more than one is underfilled tbh but could be perspective. Welp, following this one for sure since they've been my go-to for a long time now.

Definitely 2 or 3 bottles are off. Hard to tell if they’re under filled or the others are over filled. That consistency is questionable though.
That said, they likely had you lay them out so they can tell you which is which. You can see the different colors of the different compounds. Granted you may not be cool with that. How many different compounds did you have?

Sorry for the late response . Yes colonial shipped a duplicate order on last Monday and I received it on Friday . Now I just have to figure out a cost efficient way to identify what is what with the ruined labels batch. Test c Test e deca and primo. They all look pretty much alike .
8 test c 2 test e 2 deca 2 primo . I received a duplicate order soooo now I have double but just need to figure it out .

Well it would be way too pricey to send a sample from each bottle to jano so I guess you’d need to purchase like 14 lab max and test each bottle
Deca sometimes runs a bit yellow so look for that. The others are gonna be the color of their carrier oil entirely though. Rebrand them as all being Test E and sell it to some local gear head at the gym for 20 bucks a pop lol.
