Can IGF-1 LR3 Gurantee Insulin Sensitivity While Injecting Insulin On a Low Carb Diet?

I want to use insulin for muscle growth. I've heard (Tony huge) it doesn't cause insulin resistance - If you consume a high amount of carbohydrates as it takes the burden off the pancreas.
Thing is i'm not into carbs. I'd like to eat 50g per day max (in the form of milk/candy/chocolate). If it doesn't get me hypoglycemic. No keto though.
I've heard IGF-1 LR3 increases insulin sensitivity so i was thinking of using it as a replacement for a high carb diet to prevent insulin resistance.

Thing is does IGF-1 LR3 really increase insulin sensitivity? can i use it to gurantee insulin sensitivity while injecting insulin on a low carb diet?

I want to inject the IGF-1 the next day after insulin, if it matters to the buildup of the resistance.

I also plan to take the insulin (which raises igf-1) with 25mg mk-677, but i've heard continuously high igf-1 levels can lead to side effects. Any info on that?

Well, insulin itself will make one insulin sensitive (I'm diabetic I know this).

IGF-1 with insulin will speed up recovery something stupid! I stacked them with CJC/Dac and Peg-MGF to pretty good result.
The reasoning behind even stacking them aside from hopefully hyperplasia, is that you're partitioning carb intake better and creating a super-compensation in the muscle with glycogen stores. On a low-carb diet, you might run the risk of hypoglycemia as you're using two compounds that pull glucose into cells from the bloodstream.
