Last summer, I discovered this supplement called Carditone and used it for about two months and I just started to order it again after seeing the old container in my cabinet.

It's been about 2 weeks, and my RHR has dropped below 50 and my already low BP has dropped significantly (105 and down territory) to where I'm considering using half the tablet or going every other day because I'm getting dizzy getting off the couch.

I started doing some research into it and it also lowers hematocrit and hemoglobin after 2-3 months and the drop is a significant 1-2 points.

Could be unrelated, but I also feel much calmer.

Note: I don't take any BP meds, diet hasn't changed, supplements have not changed, exercise is the same, and I'm not even taking cialis atm. I'll be stopping tomorrow for a few weeks and will monitor my stats.

Throwing this out there cause it could help someone else, especially on a blast.

I've used Carditone for a few years now. Great supplement in my opinion. Actually works

I used carditone years ago. It gave me unbearable nasal congestion.

Absolute killer supplement most people surprisingly don’t know about. People under estimate how good this shit actually works.

If my BP starts getting high peak off season I’ll run 1 tab a day for about a week or two then I go down to half tab a day and I can hold a consistent 120/80 BP even weighing 260lbs+

The only negative from it seems to be nasal congestion with a lot of people. But for me personally after a couple weeks you adjust to it and don’t get it anymore.

I tell everyone about this supp, life changing.

I actually just bought a bottle. Going to give it a shot again and see if I can deal with the nasal congestion.

My RHR has been up from HGH and Reta and nebivolol hasn't worked to bring it down. This has a different mechanism of action so maybe this will work.

I'll report back in a few weeks.

Also at the end of the day your better off dealing with nasal congestion that constant high BP. I’d rather have functional working kidneys down the road if that means having a stuffy nose now. But it should clear up in time.

If not, get on a BP med. it’s not something you want left untreated there will be consequences.

Believe it or not my BP is fine, it's just my RHR that's up. I take 12.5mg HCTZ/80mg telmisartan for blood pressure. As well as 5mg tadalafil and 5mg nebivolol.

The issue is nebivolol is a b3 blocker and this is not the mechanism that HGH/reta stimulate the heart rate increase. Im hoping carditones rauwolfia extract will be a good replacement for the nebivolol.

I wouldn't downplay a stuffy nose.

If it fucks with your sleep quality, that could be just as harmful in the long-run. Poor sleep seems to be upstream from a lot of bad health effects.

It’s not downplaying but if you have high BP you have 3 choices.

1. Ignore it = kidney issues down the road and possibly other organs
2. Take Carditone and deal with stuff nose side effect
3. BP med (ace initiator) ALOT more side effects than a stuffy nose BUT still better than high BP on the regular.

Pick your poison. Utilizing PEDS you WILL be unhealthy and if you do it long enough it’s inevitable bad shit will eventually happens. It is the risk we all accept.

You have to Accept the consequences of PED use and mitigate it as best as possible.

You can only mitigate high BP so much when you get into the 260s-300lb range. If you’re a small guy it’s easier to manage without these things.

My brother... you gotta do more research into actual pharma blood pressure meds. They are very safe and ubiquitous in today's society. I've never experienced a side effect on any blood pressure meds.

I HAVE experienced side effects on unregulated dietary supplements, which carditone falls into.

So it's main active ingredient is reserpine.

A low dose of a crappy old blood pressure drug that's no longer available due to numerous side effects (like congestion and depression) and evidence of its potential to increase the risk of breast and seminal vessel cancer.

But it's ok because instead of the synthetic version of pure reserpine made by evil pharma it comes in the form of some heavy metal laden weed plucked by children from a crack in the pavement of a back alley in Mumbai....uhm...I mean the pristine soil of the Himalayas and rubbed on the inner thighs of virgin mountain shepherdesses. So it's "Natural".

Perhaps a low dose of Telmasartin made in a nice, clean, regulated lab might be a safer alternative (and 90% cheaper per dose).

I actually didn’t know this… wow wtf.

I think I’m going to get some telmisartan on hand now and get rid of the carditone.
