I would suggest if you live near a Big Lots that you guys check and see if they’ve got the “ISO100 Clear” drinks stocked. Idk how they managed to get them on shelves but I’ve found a couple stores that have these on the shelves for 1 buck apiece (It’s a 3-4 dollar drink normally). 40g protein, 10g bcaa, 5g leucine, 2g carb no fat. The price makes these potentially the best value for protein at the moment, and if you buy into the BCAA thing since they’re in it as well. Regardless, 1 dollar for a serving of 40g protein is great.

Just thought it was worth a mention in case anyone else has a store in the area and can get a hold of some. Packed my mini fridge full of these things. They’re a thin koolaid kinda drink btw, not a shake. Really light on the stomach. I swear this is not an advertisement lol.
