Cutting fast vs slow

In the past I’ve done very slow cuts and end up being miserable despite everyone saying its better for muscle retention. Even after doing a very slow cut I still lose all my strength. Any of you guys do bigger deficits at the start and try to cut quicker? Just trying to get some opinions. For example, my calories were at 3700 and now I’m going for 2400.

Im 179 atm cutting on 1800-200. 250mg test/week. I havent lost any strength. I keep my workouts short, total working sets 9-12. Arms 4-6. Working great for me. I think its just user dependent on what you can tolerate.

Cut fast so you can get back to bulking faster, imo.

Depends on what compound you’re using to cut. Clen and T3 is alright, but the fertilizer that shall not be named is a miracle pill

I always do suicide cuts, I’d rather be miserable for 2 weeks than slightly miserable for 2 months. I just came back from a trip at 267 and dropped to 250 in one week by using a PSMF and that yellow magic. Sure a lot of that is probably water and glycogen but the body recomp is obvious, you can see it happening almost daily. My TDEE is probably 3500 - 4000 kcal per day but I prefer cutting on 1200-1500 cals of lean protein only (I also take ephedrine and caffeine for energy/appetite).
