I tried 2 vials of dhb as a TRT+ type program. They were 100 mg/ml.

150mg test
45mg dhb
~500 iu of HCG(can't remember exact)
Weekly dose was split up MWF sub-q.

No pip sub-q. When I got fancy and started doing IM into legs and shoulder (could be untrained/location/bad injection tech) I got mild pip nothing that would stop training.

Edit:Added blood work experience
Blood works showed much lower SHGB. Mine were already a little on the low side. This pushed me into out of range territory. All other blood markers remained consistent with my normal TRT.

Compared to other TRT+ cycles I've done dhb is for looks only. No apparent strength, endurance or recovery bonuses. The look of my muscles were extra rocky. When I trained specific areas hard these muscles just started popping. Made me start thinking this is what body building is all about.

CRP and liver value were not part of this round of blood work with my TRT clinic.
Yeah those are the most important values when running DHB so you can't say your bloods remained consistent with your TRT.

DHB increase CRP and liver values on most of the ppl

Personally I've never had it negatively impact my blood markers even running it at 1000 a week.
I'd be a prime candidate because I have an autoimmune disease that effects my kidneys.
Its crazy how individual the response to drugs is.

I'll be running it again soon

Recently reviewed bloodwork. Concerning EGFR, my TRT clinic said this had something to do with liver function. Did I hear incorrectly?

This was on my labs was slightly higher than 3 months ago but it's been higher when off dhb

Liver and EGFR are not correlated.
EGFR is filtration rate of your kidneys.

How them kidneys holding up? I know I know. Its not your fault. You were born gay and with so many pre-existing conditions that of course you turned into walking corpse 'daddy diddler' and you don't think its your own fault. Also probably not your fault all those orders of protection, arrests for domestic abuse and pending divorce.

We know you hate yourself. Don't drag others into your self made death trap with your shit advice on how as long as my bloods are good, others should max up the dosage and check their bloods, if bloods are still good, keep upping the dose until the bloods aren't good. Solid approach.

Haha same bro, autoimmune disease in the kidneys! Mine is Lupus Nephritis, and i run DHB all the time, bloods are always good!

I always take TUDCA and NAC with it though, also take ozempic which has been shown to reduce chrinic inflammation.

Also almost everyone who has bad issues with PiP is because it crystallizes when its injected, best protocol i have is to warm up the DHB before hand, like in the vial with a hair dryer, and then mix it with my test and primo in the same syringe (also warm these guys up) wait the sryinge is slightly warmer than my hand temp and inject.

Then i go immediately into a hot shower and massage the inje site for 15-20 minutes. This has made PiP for me almost non-existent, yeah is it a pain in the ass? Yes figuratively but at least not too much literally.

What's the lowest effective dose for DHB and what effects should one expect from that dose?

Damn dude. 1000mg of DHB?! Sheesh.

When will you be running it again? What are the effects you notice?

What effects do you notice with DHB? What dose do you usually run?

I usually run 200 a week, at 100 mg/mL split in 2 doses.

It definitely keeps my strength up like Tren but without all the mental illness shit, and its not as harsh on my kidneys as Tren

It is very similar to Tren but without the mental illness and more PiP
