Pretty much everyone who I cared to tell in my family knows. I keep it on need to know(meaning most dont, lol). As for significant others I've made it a habit to just tell them sooner and to be frank I've never had an issue with it and you can use it as an opportunity to educate them and dispel the myths. I think 99% of the time the first concern a girl I was dating had was about "roid rage" which is easily explained as mostly nonsense. After the initial conversation I can't recall it really ever coming up again. Just remember - if she helps you pin : it's real.

Wife and close friends know about my trt. Not sure who will know if(when?) I start blasting.

My wife knows and isn’t bothered because she knows how often I get blood work and am on top of my health. My kids have no idea and I’m not sure I’d ever tell them. Only hard rule here is I’m not allowed to own a motorcycle
