Dragon Ordnance $1000 Order Not Filled - No Longer Buying From Dragon Ordnance

In February ‘23 I ordered a $1000+ dollars of gear from Dragon Ordnance. I sent them the funds, but I guess bitcoin fluctuated so although I sent the exact amount it didn’t trigger funds were received. After explaining to Jade the situation, I gave them the transaction numbers they requested to verify the transaction took place (even contacted Coinbase and verified the funds were sent to the correct address). I have given everything Jade has asked to verify the sale went through, and they have since gone comms silent on email.

I have bought before from them with no problem which is why this is sad and I was hoping to continue to give them my business. Now I realize I will never be reimbursed and that’s ok, the price of doing business in the grey market and all that. Still, highly warn anyone else who is doing a bulk order to ensure when you pay you slightly over pay, because being a few bucks short due to bitcoin fluctuations will nullify your order. Jade and Dragon Ordnance don’t care and they probably have so much business they’ll gladly lose a customer and rake in a grand for free. As you do, Jade.

I for one will never go through Dragon Ordnance again.

sending the exact amount after the order was made should have auto triggered the payment

You really need to separate yourself from DO. Start manning your thread, working on communication, and customer service more. I'd love to see you turn around your own line and be a top source here. DO is a sinking ship.
We have done a complete 180 in the past 3 months as far as communication, customer service, etc. I undervalued that aspect for the longest and it hurt business significantly. I'm glad we are making the changes to keep our customers happy.

As for DO, his order volume is insane and while it looks like a sinking ship for every negative review you guys see he has 100 no problem fulfilled orders. Within the next 30 days we will not be servicing his domestic orders any longer due to volume constraints on our end.

You should be seeing a refund through coinpayments if this happened to your payment. Coinpayments will let you know that the payment is short (usually the margin is 1-2%, but if its over that, it will kick back and cancel) and they will email you a link with your refund. If not, contact them. That money doesn't go to us.

This is the problem with just being a larger source in general. You get more orders failing as part of the statistic, and of course, those who feel wronged are more likely to post than those who received it no problem.

We've been here for 5+ years and will hopefully continue to be, and we are always trying to improve on the operation. We just have so many moving pieces, especially on Dragon, with multiple product offerings from around the world. Thats why I had to separate Dash, it would just be too cluttered on Dragon.

The golden era of SST was amazing. Talking 4-5 years ago. So many amazing courses who always delivered.
