Hello, im posting here to know what you guy’s think. This is a new account but i have been a member of SST ever since the reddit days. I have been ordering from @dragon_ordnance for 3 years now, multiple orders under multiple e-mail addresses in tens of thousands of USD. If i ever had a problem dragon would always sort it out. Missing items, spilled over orders, you name it, he would fix the issue promptly.
Now my problem has to do with my last order (order ID: 11516827732). I had placed the order on the 16th of November 2021. This order was of around 1300 USD. The order was shipped out on the 27th. And soon after i recieved the peptide order and my turkish pharma, however the bulk of my order, which was the RAWS, has never arrived. It has now been 9 weeks since my order, the tracking number has never updated, not even once for nearly three months now.
I have talked to jade about the issue, but she says to be patient and wait. I am making this post because this has never taken so long, I have had orders that were seized at customs before, and I suspect this is the case. How long should I have to wait for Dragon, or Jade, to decide to reship the RAWS? I have been with dragon for many years, and I don’t want to have to end business with him because he didn’t follow through with his reshipment policy. I’m making this post so that Dragon can see the issue first hand, without having to rely on his rep, and hopefully we can fix the issue fast and simply. If after almost ten weeks the tracking has never updated once, I think it is safe to assume it will never come, especially since it always took 2-3 weeks in the past at the most.
