Dragon ordnance isn't reliable

Customs seized my package. I emailed dragon ordnance and they basically said fuck you no refund or reship. My first time attempting to buy from them, they seem like a joke and a scam to me now.

Would love to see more information and context here, like the seizure letter and emails between you and DO.

You should be aware that ordering anything has intrinsic risk, but ordering internationally tends to far more hit or miss. You should make sure, when ordering internationally, that you communicate with the source as to what their policy is on customs seizures and reships, as many will state outright that they will not reship in the event of a customs seizure.

That's largely the reason why Domestic sources tend to charge more than International sources, importation always has a significant risk, at least to the United States.

Unless @DragonOrdnance misled you as to their shipping policy or success rates to your destination country, this isn't in the spirit of the Source Complaints forum.

We still need more information from this guy but DO's policy on reships is 2 reships to the US or 1 elsewhere. No reships on Turkish Pharmacy products.

I'd agree. Ordered on Sunday, HCG was delivered but the Ralox hasn't shipped and I've reached out a few times without response. Asked about Ralox and they sent me a shipping notification but the label was only created. Was really hoping for it by the end of this week. Maybe I just need to be a little more patient.

Fastest international pack I've gotten from DO took about 3 weeks bud. You get good quality and despite the thread title they actually are very fucking reliable but the ship times are very long.

What I ordered was supposed to be domestic and I'm assuming they don't have it in stock even though it says they do. Appreciate the T/A though. Now I have a time frame atleast. Good to know about the quality. The HCG I did receive looks great.

I do offer reships on everything else, except Turkish pharmacy (with some exceptions, as being seized in Turkey itself, etc)

I forgot I made this thread or I would have said something sooner. My package did arrive, like a ridiculously long time after posting this, but it did arrive. But DO had shitty communication

This discussion is why I never order international. Never. Back years ago I would get things here and there, but never substantial. Very very little things that can't come domestic.
