I've been to the local chiropractor that everyone says is the best in town, tried foam rollers of various styles and thicknesses, PVC pipes, had GF walk on my back and use a rolling pin, I am getting nowhere. I know it's not impossible to get tension release since guys the size of IFBB Open pro's and WSM competitors have shared some chiro videos but I absolutely do not have access to the professionals that these dudes sought out and the local guy only got a bit of tension out in two sessions so I dropped it. Looking for some ideas, do not want to be doing NSAIDS as often to get some relief.

Dead hangs from a pull up bar are better than cumming. Use straps to not have to rely on grip strength

I used to have a guy that learned this type of method and holy shit does it just look ridiculous but my back and hips were always fresh and never suffered.
I used to play pro ball and everyone thought it was crazy I could be flexible and athletic like I was but I swear it was both this and consistent YOGA. If big dudes knock things like YOGA, I swear they have either never tried it or are in pain and don't wish to admit it. May look so uncoordinated to be the only big dude in a class of women, but ehhhh you get some perks over time and lord do I feel healthy with it.

Have you tried an inversion table @JDLift ?
They are a little bit of money up front but as you pointed out way better than thrashing your liver/kidneys with NSAIDS all the time.
