Started my lifting career at a morbidly obese 250lbs at 5 foot 10 inches, cut for a year and a half and was sitting at 160lbs. I then picked up powerlifting and have been training for that for the past 2 and a 1/2 years since. I suffer from serious bigorexia and my loose skin messes with my mental health daily 24/7. I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror and getting my physique plagued by loose skin that won’t fill out. It destroys my self confidence and none of my goals are achievable naturally. So, I decided I am going to swipe my natty card and try out a 12-15 week Test E @ 500mg basic cycle, to fill out my loose skin. Currently sitting at 184 lbs roughly 14-15% bf and will cut down to 10-12% before I start. Baseline bloods: 698 ng/dL total test, 114 pg/ml free test. Can list anything else if needed. Current stats: 415 Squat, 445 dead, 275 bench @ 181 lbs. PCT for the cycle would be the classic Nolva 40/40/20/20. I would have arimidex on hand as well in case I need it. I was wondering if anyone can provide any advice for this situation or if anyone has experienced something similar to my situation and can provide any insight. Any and all insight is greatly appreciated.

You will absolutely need an AI for 500mg of test. Quarter your pills and start with .25mg eod. Most people will take .5mg eod with that much test but .25 is a good starting dose. Get bloods after 4-6 weeks and check your estrogen. If you don’t, you’ll feel like a big fat bloated piece of shit with a broken dick. Kind if defeats the purpose.

Honestly man, I don’t think muscle is going to fill out that loose skin like you want. It may a little. But not enough for what you want. Muscle is more dense than fat by a large margin, so you would have to put on a huge amount of muscle in relation to how much fat you had lost. The volume seems impossible in that regard. But this is all speculation. Go for it. But just be ready for failure. If you never try you will never win.
