howdy yall
22yr-175lbs-6ft1.5in
going to get a blood test later this week. Many signs point to slightly lower than average for my age test levels. (eating disorder when growing up didn't help)
3500-3800 cal- 180g pr - 200g carbs /daily

Steadily gaining 5lbs a month for the past 4 months. meh lean physique.
workout 6 times a week with a gym partner who has a nice natty physique (seems like he knows what he's doing).

From what I've read 500mg/w test E for 12-16 weeks is a good start

Really curious as to pinning tips or where I can learn pinning etiquette and any etiquette for that matter.
also need to know about what pct and other stuff is suggested when doing this.

edit- thoughts and doses on hcg during cycle to protect my testicles? ex- 500iu per week split twice a week, stop 1 week before pct start

pct
10mg Nolva ED 6-8 weeks

gaining 5 lbs of lean mass per month for the last 4? I'd say you are dead on perfect and do not need a cycle yet, keep it up till you are at the very least 25, and have finishe3d your natural cycle (puberty) yeah, puberty is not done with you yet. don't be in a rush

I appreciate the advice, it is making me second guess my thoughts but deep down I still want to do one cycle and run with those gains afterwards. years at the gym and only now things are starting to change. I have lost a couple of lbs (5) because of the amount I was eating the past 3.5 months was too much to stay consistent with, especially in my profession I can't just whip out meals any time. Its so tempting in my opinion, especially when everyone says most handle it well and recover just fine... i kind of am willing to take that risk to have a nice bump these coming months... let me know what you think

I'm not the most educated or experienced man on this board but I will say that just consistent diet and training through my 20s put me in a great place to feel confident in my decision at 34 to use test. I know how tempting it is but I certainly do not regret having taken full advantage of how much progress you can make simply by dialing in your habits through your 20s. Plus you can hit the ground running hard when you do begin to supplement. This isn't a magic cure, if anything I've found myself actually re-realizing just how important diet and training are since starting test.

Edit: plus with what your post says about your current gains, it sounds like you are on track to see some significant results. Wait until those figures aren't so dramatic and take advantage of what a cycle can do as opposed to cheating yourself by doing it when you're already seeing results like that...just my opinion!

Very tempting indeed. Honestly you’re right- I was inconsistent, poor diet, sub optimal training . Once that changed 4 months ago the weight started packing on but the 3 or so inconsistent years assuming caloric deficit or maintenance diet did not help my mindset or confidence. That’s why I’m searching for this boost to really help myself out. I’m trying to fill out which isn’t going well since I’ve dropped 5 pounds this week after slightly tapering off calories last week to help from constantly gagging and the odd throw up from how full I was.

Wait...your diet and training have only been good for 4 months? I responded to your intro post with gentle encouragement to wait on the gear, but now I'm wondering if your mom dropped you on your head. 4 months??? Really???
