27 years old, on trt due to testicular cancer but looking at hopping on a beginner cycle or at least upping my test dose to 400mg a week for 16 weeks before dropping back to the 140 i currently do per week.
My bloodwork is done every 3 months and aside from the occasional slightly elevated estrogen as i only take anastrozole when needed and below average vitamin d everything is within reference.
5'6 170lbs looking to gain a bit of size and strength
Would this even be worth my time?

Yes and No.
Yes, you will get the desired effects to some extent.
However you're also risking issues with your TRT provider if they run tests and see you're sitting way above the expected range for your scripted dosage.

Valid concern, i would likely begin after a new blood test. I had previously been well over the reference range in the past and all they did was lower my recommended dose slightly(they are your average get your money trt clinic) my primary doc at the time i had cancer refused me testosterone

Are you comfortable enough with your Dr to confess?

Oh shit, did you lose both testes to the cancer? Either way, very glad you beat it.

Be careful. Certain cancers feed off of testosterone. You either should be getting scans done frequently or tumor markers like beta hcg I think and CEA’s If testicular cancer has the ability to feed off hormones. How often is blood work and what are they doing? Hem panel could look a little weird blasting test. Also, it may be easier using a fast acting ester with these required blood test. I worked as a phlebotomist in a cancer center so I understand a little more about this.

I would keep your test at TRT and if you want to cycle just add in other compounds. Do your research thoroughly before deciding given your condition but my suggestion would be Anavar.

Bloods every 3 months give or take, i dont know what the panel is called but theres markers for just about everything you can read with just blood.
Before i started trt i followed up with my primary and asked if it was a smart choice and she was skeptical at first thinking most men do not usually need it but i am more than safe to do it as of last year. Cancer free for over 4 years now and since hopping on trt i feel lightyears better.

The only issues i run into every once in awhile is slightly elevated estrogen but that gets managed fairly fast and my next bloods im well within reference. I do appreciate the concern and input very much
