I got si joint dysfunction(basically a bunch of ligaments torn to shit) a torn longissismous, torn adductor, torn iiliopspas, and multiple disc issues. So I can see bpc-157 working for my and tb-500 in theory just never known anyone with actual results. But if your seeming to be getting better it may be worth the try. Only thing is I can only get it from ugl and it says "not for human consumption" on it lol.
The hgh has been helping me too tho I will add(I'm taking 3.33ius in the afternoon)

Is taking hgh at night helping you with sleep? I take mine during the day as I was told not to take it at night because that's when my body produces it the most, but I'm not sure if that's correct...
Ive been taking it before bed and haven't noticed benefits towards my sleep, nothing negative either though

I have had a few different diagnosis's over the past 2 years. after an mri back in 2021 I was told I had an L5 S1 Disk herniation and was being referred to a surgeon. the mri also came back as Me having A diseased Si joint, (sacroiliitis). My most recent records are that the disk has reabsorbed but I have scar tissue that has been hanging onto the nerve, aggravating the nerve to a pretty extreme pain in my hip and right leg. My physio therapist also believes I have a bad facet joint that may be compressing the nerve... over all, I have felt slight recovery in physio, But it is unbearably slow progress... I need to somehow speed the process up so I can get back to the gym and Most importantly, back to work.

I know this is off topic of the substance we're discussing, but I went through a painful hip injury recently and was in an incredible amount of pain. Basically immobilized. By chance I noticed that a low to mid dose of MDMA in the morning would relieve the pain for an extended period of time. This isn't successful for every injury, and I still don't completely understand why it was on my hip. Possibly the serotonin release and the effect on the nervous system. But regardless, the negative mental effects of the injury and being immobile for months didn't bother me nearly as much because of the MDMA. If you are in a lot of pain and it's affecting your recovery, it might be worth trying one day. If you feel no relief, then no harm no foul. Discontinue use.
