Im starting 3iu/day for a back injury. I haven't stacked it with any other peptides or anabolics. any opinions or suggestions are welcome

IMHO, definitely worth a try. Back injuries suck and anything is lower risk than surgery or opiates. For Injury recovery, higher doses are used for shorter times. I use 3 IU's/ day regularly but following a bike wreck, I ran 6 iu's for 3 weeks. Toward the end, I started to notice side effects and dropped dosage back to 3. I did heal fast, but dont know if it was due to the hgh or not.
Get well soon

Have you looked into BPC 157? Depending on the nature of the injury, it can be really effective.

Yes, Tried it and T500 for 2 months. and with extensive physio... I was getting maybe a small noticeable improvement, but nothing big. it was also really expensive

Damn, I am very sorry to hear that. It is expensive, for sure, but it's been successful for me when I've used it. Do you know what the source of the problem is, anatomically? Some compounds are better with some tissues than others.

I have had a few different diagnosis's over the past 2 years. after an mri back in 2021 I was told I had an L5 S1 Disk herniation and was being referred to a surgeon. the mri also came back as Me having A diseased Si joint, (sacroiliitis). My most recent records are that the disk has reabsorbed but I have scar tissue that has been hanging onto the nerve, aggravating the nerve to a pretty extreme pain in my hip and right leg. My physio therapist also believes I have a bad facet joint that may be compressing the nerve... over all, I have felt slight recovery in physio, But it is unbearably slow progress... I need to somehow speed the process up so I can get back to the gym and Most importantly, back to work.

so far, I'm 1 week into starting the Hgh, and today has been my best day this month. Very little to no pain throughout my normal daily activities, and daily rehab exercises (physio)
I will update more throughout the coming weeks with my progress.

That's really excellent news and super fast progress for an injury that's been around for a few years. Is the progress more in reduction or pain or are you getting range of motion and function back? 3 IUs/day to avoid a potential surgery is a hell of a trade.

Ive thought about using HGH for healing benefits but never did. After all the research I did lead me to believe that TB 500 and BPC 157 are better used for healing and tissue repair. Where HGH is more towards hair and skin healing. Maybe try adding BPC 157 since you already tired TB 500, that stuff pretty cheap. Let us know an updated Im curious if this helps you out long term.

Id say about equal in pain reduction and ROM.. did my first leg day at the gym today (no squats or deadlifts too dangerous) and had success with no pain while doing a 1.5 hour workout. My legs feel like jello, but not allot of the usual back and sciatic pain that used to come with leg training.

I went with 500-700mcg a day. Split 250-
350mcg in the am and 250-350mcg in the pm.
At the end of the day it’s all about increasing blood flow through the area and managing inflammation/irritation. So keep on that PT work.

Recently got some. Im still on 3iu hgh a day... how much bpc-157 should go with it?
Hey I'm just wondering if you've added the bpc-157 to the hgh, and if you have how are the results? I'm sort of in the same boat as you with a injuries very similar and then some.

I'm currently running HGH, but bpc-157 is expensive to run on disability and just wanna see if its worth the $$

Im unsure if the BPC-157 has changed a whole lot yet... added 500mcg to my nightly 3iu of hgh. made great progress on my mobility and backpain. I can walk normally again. I will continue on the hgh for another month aswell as the BPC-157... It really depends on the injury. I am just throwing everything I can at my back because I feel Like I had nothing to lose

I got si joint dysfunction(basically a bunch of ligaments torn to shit) a torn longissismous, torn adductor, torn iiliopspas, and multiple disc issues. So I can see bpc-157 working for my and tb-500 in theory just never known anyone with actual results. But if your seeming to be getting better it may be worth the try. Only thing is I can only get it from ugl and it says "not for human consumption" on it lol.
The hgh has been helping me too tho I will add(I'm taking 3.33ius in the afternoon)

Is taking hgh at night helping you with sleep? I take mine during the day as I was told not to take it at night because that's when my body produces it the most, but I'm not sure if that's correct...
