First and foremost I’ll give some background information. I am 24 years old, my height is 5’10 and currently I am 243 pounds at around 14 percent body fat according to an InBody scan. I’m about 2 months into my offseason and at first it was going great but now it’s like the more and more i eat I somehow keep staying flat, it feels impossible to fill out. Currently eating 1065g carbs, 310g protein, and 90g fat. Cycle is 750 test, 600 mast, 400 deca, 5iu growth and i am flat as a damn pancake. I feel so skinny and I don’t have that round 3d look i normally do. Any advice to steer my in the right direction is appreciated!!
