HCG or no? First Cycle

What's up everyone! Looking forward to running my first cycle after getting bloodwork in a few weeks. I am 27, 5'11" @ 170. Started working out 5x a week a few months ago. I was previously 140-150 my entire life but have recently been able to gain 20 lbs due to a new medication. I plan to run 500mg a week of Test E and switch to Test P for the last 4 weeks for a faster PCT. I have a few questions. How often should I be taking Nolva? 5mg ed while on cycle? That is my plan at the moment. Aromasin as needed. One other question - how should I be using HGH? During the entire cycle or just for a few weeks leading up to PCT?

Any and all advice is appreciated. I've been doing a ton of research/reading and a lot of this is pretty overwhelming.

So firstly you have no idea how you're going to respond to gear so you need to keep it simple. 500 Test is all you need. Nothing else. The more you throw into this the more you're going to have to work to find out what your body is responding to, to what degree, and why.

You might not aromatize much on Test 500 so I wouldn't touch AI until 4-6 weeks in and go from there based on bloods and sides. Don't run nolva during your cycle as thats going to just make your liver work harder and you're already planning on Asin. Just save that for PCT.

Start simple with just Test and get your bloods and go from there.

Thanks man, I appreciate the information! That's what I needed to hear. Plan to get bloods on week 5 to see how things are going. I should be taking AI before bloods so I can get an estimate on the proper dosing, right?

I wouldnt touch AI until you get bloods. As I said you might not get bad e2 sides or any at all on just Test 500/week. Everyone is different and even if you do get sides they will be easily manageable. You want to see how your e2 responds without AI on this dose so you are prepared for later cycles. Hope this helps.

cosign, don't take AI until blood confirm they are needed, especially a first cycle, you will probably blame everything on estro and have no experience actually to know what is what, ride it out for 5 weeks, get bloods and then go from there.

Dont panic the first time you have a itch near your nipple , prolly just need lotion lol and enjoy the growing

I agree and disagree with the guys above my approach is take ai when sides come up. Treat the symptoms not the number because you could have above range e2 and feel completely fine no gyno no emotional stuff etc etc. you’ll know if you are starting to develop gyno it isn’t just one itch like the guy above said, plus it takes weeks to develop my biggest signs of high e2 are my balls start coming up high against my dick lower sex drive a little bit more emotional then finally if e2 is really high the itchy nips come on last. Don’t over think it 500 test e for 12-16 weeks and most people are fine with 12.5mg of asin on pinning days but you could be different and try 6.25mg on pinning days and if it’s not enough go up to 12.5 bc crashed e2 fucking sucks. Worse than high e2

Do you have any experience with HcG? I have 5,000 IU on hand, was planning on starting it 6 weeks out from the PCT as the reddit wiki recommends. I'm on 600mg test and 25mg Dbol.
