Hi all, new to the forum, wanted to introduce myself. In my 30s, been consistently training for 15+years now. Late teens - early 20s training focused largely on bodybuilding/powerlifting, now more of a blend approach with biking/swimming/running incorporated in my program.

Really smart approach. As you enter 40s / 50s those joints start to really show the wear and tear with heavy resistance training and volume. Protect them. Have a great day.
