*HELP TRT High Estrogen

Hey guys looking for some guidance on what to do next ? I started Trt because I have severely low test. I was doing 150mg split twice Monday morning - Thurs evening. I went to get some blood work done 2 weeks ago and these are the results. I have since scaled back my dosage to 100mg weekly now same schedule split twice since I got the results. I have was having severe high E sides, Erectile dysfunction, difficult orgasm or none, moon face and bloat .. it's gradually getting better but I can feel most, My question is if I were to use an Ai which dosage and schedule would best fit my needs given my blood work Amiridex or aromasin ?

Start with 12.5mg of Asin on each day you pin and get new bloods in 4 weeks and check it then. I find asin to be far more effective as AI goes. You should see an improvement.

Lower your test dosage more. Your test levels are pretty high for just being on trt , shouldn’t need to us an ai on trt, that’s not healthy.

I believe I was border line high estrogen to begin with, how much lower do you recommend ?

I used a converter because I'm not familiar with nmol/l, but I would bring it down to 800-900 ngdl. Your estrogen shoulder lower with the lower test.

It is quite possible that you need an AI on TRT. There are many that need it and are even prescribed it. You can try lowering the Test dosage like the previous poster suggested, but there is no shame in needing to use a bit of AI every once in a while on TRT. 100 mg Test per week is already pretty low dosage. I honestly do not know where this anti AI on TRT sentiment has come from, seems a bit like the whole all “real Primo is hard to come by” echo chamber stuff.

I’m just talking about common misconceptions in the AAS community that are continuously regurgitated.

@MikeAlstott @Bluesec Hey Mike and bluesec I recently decided to get off Trt, I had some HCG and Clomid 50mg on hand I am taking clomid 50mg 1 pill everyday since july 28th, I was only on Trt for about 3ish months I naturally had low test levels could be because of stress depression and over weight.. I've lost some body weight playing soccer better diet etc I'm hoping to get my natural tests in order and focus on training and dieting without peds or trt for now until I am lower body fat and more suited to follow a proper diet / training protocol. Any suggestions regarding how I can bring back my natural test levels to medium or high range Thank you guys. PCT protocol coming off trt ?
