Got my hands on some pharma hgh, need help dosing

I’ve been doing 4iu a day of UGL hgh, but got my hands on some pharma hgh. The vial says Saizen 8mg. If I wanted to do 4iu a day, how much BAC water would I need to use to constitute this to where I can draw 4 units on an insulin syringe to make a 4iu injection

That's a somewhat strange size. The 8 mg is usually sold as a cartridge for an injector, already mixed at 8 mg/mL. The dry is usually 5 mg or 8.8 mg. Here's the manufacturer's data sheet that's stored by FDA.

Either way, the conversion rate is 1 mg = 3 IU, so 8 mg is 24 IU. If you want the concentration to be 1 IU/mL, you need to add 24 mL of bacteriostatic water.

If it's the 8.8 mg vial, the math is the same, but it works out to 26.4 mL.

My mistake, it’s 8.8mg. It says “saizen 8.8mg”. So what would the math come out to?

@psauce So I have to add 26.4 CC of BAC water to the vial? I’m not sure it’ll fit that much in it.

8.8x3 is 26.4. That’s how many iu you have total. So if you put 1ml of back in the vial each tenth (.1 on a slin) would be 2.6iu. You’d basically want 1.5 ml per draw to get 4iu. (4/2.6)

Thanks!

However, If I added 2.64ml BAC to the vial, wouldn’t that mean the 20 mark on the insulin syringe would equate to 2 IU HGH?

The math is correct but in practice that’s dumb. Stick to putting 1ml or 2ml bac and do your math.

How are you going to get 2.64ml on a syringe? You’re accurate to the hundredths place when you draw??

Oh shit, this is good news anyway, because I misread your comment and thought you wanted 1 IU/mL. I think that's a rough idea anyway, because it means injecting 4 mL per day, but you know... some people like to inject.

The way I do it is to make it so each injection is between a quarter and a half of the volume of my syringes. If the volume is tiny, you lose a lot of your compound in the dead volume of the syringe. If it's too big, you're just pushing more volume into you than you need.

If you inject 4 IU in one go, I would add 2 mL of bac water. That way, an each injection would be 0.3 mL, which is 30 units on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Alternatively, if you inject 2 IU in the AM and 2 IU in the PM, you can try to add 4 mL and each injection would still be 0.3 mL.

If the math still isn't clicking, and you can link me the exact syringe type you have, I can make sure I didn't fuck it up again.

The math is clicking now brother thanks for the help. Just didn’t want to ruin a vial of growth dosing it the wrong way haha

When I re-read your comment and realized I fucked up, my first thought was, "i'm about to have to buy a replacement vial of pharma HGH for ruining this man's gear." Glad to help!
