HGH / BPC-157 for recovering from a shoulder injury

Looking for some advice on HGH dosing and cycle term to recover from a shoulder injury that's been nagging from years of competing in MMA. Finally taking some necessary time off from competition - any guidance would be appreciated. I've been reading up, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to come here and ask. Also source recommendations from here in the forum would be appreciated, thanks guys.

I will say BPC has been a life savior for me. Years of oilfield and powerlifting has taken its toll on my shoulder and body overall. And, believe it or not 4-5 ibuprofen/ice also helps. But, yes it has been very beneficial to me and hopefully it will give you some relief also

250mcg of bpc site injected 2x a DAY and 2.5 mgs of of tb500 injected into the shoulder/delt 2x per WEEK…do it for 4 weeks straight then drop tb500 down to 2.5mgs once per week for an additional 2 weeks and continue running bpc 2x a day…bpc can be ran for up to 12 weeks straight before needing a one month break from it…tb500 I would also give a break from for a month after using for 6-8 weeks

Some people run this stuff at much higher doses up to 1mg a day for bpc and 7.5-10mgs a week for TB….but I would see how your shoulder feels at 4-6 weeks after using them…you may not need that much

4ius of growth at night will also be very beneficial when included with bpc and tb
