HGH Filtering

Posting on a couple boards to get as much info as possible. I Would like to know everyone’s thoughts on filtering GH. Have spoken to a few guys with pretty good knowledge and they do not filter. If you do, do you prefer PES or PVDF filters for GH specifically? I know most prefer PES for peptides, but have seen other people saying PVDF for GH due to low protein binding as this should minimize GH molecules from sticking to the filter.

Ordered a bunch of the golds from the source who makes you gay, and I haven’t yet, but just want to be sure I’m good if I get one of those cloudy vials a few of them guys brought up.

Hello, ill go ahead and answer this for you. Your solution is whats considered in the scientific world "hydrophilic" which simply means hydro (water) and philia (friend) meaning the active ingredient(s) in the vial can dissolve in water very easily. PES (Polyethersulfone) itself is naturally hydrophilic and is used in general aqueous filtration as well as enzyme and protein filtration. PES also holds low protein binding properties which greatly reduces any sample loss during the filtration process. Now lets talk about PVDF (Polyvinylidene Difluoride), depending on how the filter is formulated, and it also being a fluoropolymer, this material can be both hydrophilic and hydrophobic and also requires a pre wetting step for filtering aqueous solutions. PVDF does in fact bind proteins quite strongly for analysis as well. In conclusion both PES and PVDF will work well, PES being the easiest to use and the most cost effective and PDVF being a bit more expensive but may be better suited for filtering applications that require a high protein retention rate. If considering the PVDF option, make sure the formulation is Hydrophilic. This reply is giving really giving @Synergy Forge vibes . One guy has been saying that just because millions of people have been using non-filtered GH since forever, doesn't mean it's safe

The he'll provide some unrelated details that might convince you it's true

But doesn't change the fact that everyone has been using non-filtered GH, it works, no weird infections, etc etc

I do it because it's cheap, easy, and fast and if it provides some additional safety, why not. I filter my gear using those multispike vials, too.

There is some evidence that even subclinical minor infections can increase risk of arthritis as you age, etc., and my joints are already fucked enough.

On the other hand, I'm trusting vendor testing for pretty much everything and trusting that not only is it accurate and applicable to the batch that I believe I'm buying but that it's even the same thing at all, when there's all sorts of room from anything ranging from honest mix-ups to outright malice that could mean this trust doesn't pan out. But getting everything tested would be more significantly more work and I'm also more skeeved out by the idea of sending a controlled substance through the mail vs. receiving one.

Filtering makes sense to me, but I won't claim that not filtering is going to make you fall over dead - that doesn't, empirically, appear to be the case. So you do you. I ain't gonna judge you for it one way or the other.

I appreciate the detailed response sir this is the exact type of answer/info I was looking for!. Funny you said it had Syn vibes because I actually had emailed him direct about it and was waiting on response because of the knowledge he’s schooled me on previously. I swear it’s like the guy has a PhD in AAS
