Ran into an IFBB pro at the gym today, claimed it’s a waste of time to inject HGH before bed due to the body naturally producing it while sleeping and it’s best to do split doses fasted in the morning, and then the second dose post workout. Not sure how much of a difference it would make, but I’ve been strictly doing 2iu fasted and 2iu before bed. If it’s best to do post workout rather than before bed, please let me know
