I had purchased a ton of black market HGH back in 2019, and still have boxes and boxes left of unopened kits. They were kept at a cool room temp and undisturbed. Does anyone know if after 6 years, if this product is any good, or if it's degraded to the point of being useless? I hate to throw it out, but I started training again and don't want to use garbage.

Test it with Jano for science.

It’s probably still good but send one vial to get tested. It’s a pain but it’s better than wasting it. Good job returning to training. You’re better off with that in your life.

Serious question, and I sympathize with your situation.

What would you need to see on those test results to decide it's ok to use?

Well, for one thing that it doesn't go bad. If it's lost it's potency I could deal with it, just don't want it to kill me! If tests show it's still even somewhat effective, I'll be a happy camper. I'm back training with or without it and started on TRT again, but I know I'll get better results with it. Looks like they charge $300 for HGH purity test. Cheaper than throwing out the whole lot and starting over, I guess.

Just hydrolyzed a vial and the vacuum was still good, so at least I know the seal is tight. I'm gonna need to get more bactieriostatic water now!

Contents foamed up a bit, and was a touch cloudy. I'm giving it a shot. Will let you al know how it goes. Definitely will send to Jano too.

So I'll keep this short since I'm sure you only want the bottom line.

You could go to any good AI and ask:

"I have a 6 year old vial of lyophilized rHGH that's sealed and been kept in cool storage. If an RP-HPLC test shows good purity, could that result be deceptive? What forms of degradation are likely to have occurred that would be missed and what does it mean for safety and bioactivity of the rHGH?"

And you'll get a list of things undetectable by the test that are likely to have happened over 6 years, and still allow for a high purity result on your $350 test(shipping).

TLDR even with high purity, actual potency is probably significantly reduced and some potential health risks could be present.

I know you probobly paid a small fortune for that stash, but you may not realize prices have dropped significantly. (quality has gotten better too, relative to what UGL was pumping out years ago).

So your other option is spend that $350 on 800+ IU of a fresh batch.

So 6 years is too long?
4 years ok?
How about 2?
Or do you only utilized the freshest of FREEZE-DRIED growth hormone?
At what point does it go bad for you? Your comfort level would be?

He already said the test is worthless, even if it shows high purity and low dimer. Because god forbid it might debunk one of his pet theories.

@BeansForLife2025 as everyone has mentioned, a Jano test would be ideal because everything else is a guess

Definitely will send to Jano too.

awesome

Oh I know. I was curious to see what he would do.

I’ve noticed he dodges this type of inquiry though. I was respectful and just asked the question.

Where are you getting 800+IU for $350? I haven’t saw those numbers from any source

SSA 36iu (Jano shows overdosed to 40)

$135 / kit International ($50 ship) $160 / domestic (free ship, rarely in stock)

SRY is similar.

Not endorsing the product or source (but I've gotten everything I paid for from SSA).

“TLDR even with high purity, actual potency is probably significantly reduced and some potential health risks could be present.”

With zero proof of the above this MF is recommending tossing the stash and buying new product. lol

Zero proof aside, he doesn’t even have a firm stance on it:

“TLDR even with high purity, actual potency is probably significantly reduced and some potential health risks could be present.”

Those are some highlighted qualifiers that really make the statement generalized.

covers the bases. Never wrong.

I'm glad you said this before me. I wouldn't have thought of the font coloring. 👌🏻

I'm gonna send a sample of current stash out to Jano and see what they say, and I'll keep using what I have for now. It's been awhile since I was in the market. Who is SSA and SRY? I could always go to eroids to see what's up if I decide to buy a new supply, or if Jano says what I have is crap. All you guys have been really helpful and I appreciate the different opinions.

SSA and SRY are cheap China sources. They don’t have a presence on SST. They are on Meso and several peptide forums.

Don’t trust Jano results!!!

But also:
Buy from a cheap Chinese source.

That’s really what he said isn’t it.
