Meal 7 - 4 slices of buttered bread with a couple eggs on top
Shake 2 - not really a shake but 2 scoops carbo gain and 1 scoop celltech
And usually when im at work ill eat a few burgers from mcd or whatever
so far this diet has put me up from 220 to 240 in about 5 weeks, body fat percentage is down to 11 from 13, but im also taking 1g of tren and hgh
my goal is to get up to about 260, cut, then compete in sept.

(sleep 2-3 hours before work)
At work, from 11-7, I end up eating:
2 packets tuna
1 banana
2 oranges
1 apple
2 protein shakes
1 sandwich
2 protein bars
nuts here and there
I am bulking right now with Test E / Tren E / Dbol
I am kick starting with Tren A. I had an extra vial so I said fuck it. 75mg a day over like 12 days.
Haha, I could have written this post. Same weight and very similar diet (including the hot sauce). I’ve recently lowered to 2200 cals, though. I tend to up the deficit a bit more when I’m running tren.2500 cals @ 230 lbs
Diet is basically rice/quinoa, egg whites, chicken breast, beans/lentils and various vegetables. Lots of hot sauce.

Just get on blast bro, turn those calories/dollars into sick gains.5000 on low/perma-ECA days, 7000 on average and 10k+ on cheat days. not by free will/choice though, got a fucked up eating disorder. 800usd a month in food costs and I’m not even blasting

I quit competing, so tren ain’t worth it to me anymore, everything else is boring, and I can’t afford hghJust get on blast bro, turn those calories/dollars into sick gains.
Eat low volume, high energy dense food to sneak in more kcals. Nuts, add Oils etc. And if it still is too much, don’t be afraid to embrace the liquid kcals from good sources, like whey+milk+dextrose or stuff like that.Actually, I need 4000 kcal to gain 1 pound per week. My job implies me to stand up for 10 hours Mon - Fri. And then I train 5 days a week, PPL. It’s a struggle to have to eat all this much sometimes for such small gains.
