How many calories does everyone eat?

I know all of us have different goals in mind, so I was just wondering how much everyone’s diet differentiates. Post your diet below ( as well as weight) and what you’re attempting to achieve currently.

Meal 1 - 4 cups measured high carb cereal, 2 cups milk
meal 2 - 2 bagels w cream cheese
Meal 3 - Half a bag of the frozen hashbrown potatoes 4 eggs
meal 4 - 6 packs oats
meal 5 - 6 oz tilapia 2 cups rice
Meal 6 - same as 5
Shake 1 - 3 scoops mass gainer
Meal 7 - 4 slices of buttered bread with a couple eggs on top
Shake 2 - not really a shake but 2 scoops carbo gain and 1 scoop celltech
And usually when im at work ill eat a few burgers from mcd or whatever
so far this diet has put me up from 220 to 240 in about 5 weeks, body fat percentage is down to 11 from 13, but im also taking 1g of tren and hgh
my goal is to get up to about 260, cut, then compete in sept.

Currently 215 maybe 12-15% BF coming to the end of my offseason, maybe 2 more months of it. I take in around 4000-43000 cals on training days (500 carbs, 330 protein and 100 fat. Off days I drop to 3000 cals, pulling back carbs. I’ve had to have a mini diet along the way cause I started getting too fluffy and loosing insulin sensitivity. Hopefully can hit 230 before I start prep.

2500 cals @ 230 lbs

Diet is basically rice/quinoa, egg whites, chicken breast, beans/lentils and various vegetables. Lots of hot sauce.
40/40/20 p/c/f

Leaning out for the summer

4 egg omlette + 4oz steak + 1 cup spinach + 1 protein shake

(sleep 5 hours)

Oatmeal + banana + OJ

(workout)

2 6oz steaks + 1 slice of fish (mahi mahi or salmon generally) + 1 protein shake

(sleep 2-3 hours before work)

At work, from 11-7, I end up eating:
2 packets tuna
1 banana
2 oranges
1 apple
2 protein shakes
1 sandwich
2 protein bars
nuts here and there

I am bulking right now with Test E / Tren E / Dbol

I am kick starting with Tren A. I had an extra vial so I said fuck it. 75mg a day over like 12 days.

Why aren’t most of you guys totaling your calories up somewhere in your post? Its not like you don’t know lol.

I’m maintaining @ 3k while I come off tren for a good while. Low Test/HGH cruise.

Haha, I could have written this post. Same weight and very similar diet (including the hot sauce). I’ve recently lowered to 2200 cals, though. I tend to up the deficit a bit more when I’m running tren.

I just started a 16 week contest prep at 4300 calories. Body weight started at 196 lbs, 5’6".

My bulking in the off season got up to 5300 calories.

5000 on low/perma-ECA days, 7000 on average and 10k+ on cheat days. not by free will/choice though, got a fucked up eating disorder. 800usd a month in food costs and I’m not even blasting 😦

This is the first and last time I do Dbol with tren. I’m not sure what I was thinking. But yes I look great.

I quit competing, so tren ain’t worth it to me anymore, everything else is boring, and I can’t afford hgh

3500 low days up to 7500 on high days. Perma bulking for 5 years now. 200+ protein as many fats/carbs as I want.

Actually, I need 4000 kcal to gain 1 pound per week. My job implies me to stand up for 10 hours Mon - Fri. And then I train 5 days a week, PPL. It’s a struggle to have to eat all this much sometimes for such small gains.

Eat low volume, high energy dense food to sneak in more kcals. Nuts, add Oils etc. And if it still is too much, don’t be afraid to embrace the liquid kcals from good sources, like whey+milk+dextrose or stuff like that.

Jealous as fuck though, I could bulk on 6k and still be hungry lol.
