3-4 times a week... Sometimes I take a few weeks off because I'm a terrible person.

No kidding, every night for at least 15 years. Probably longer. And I’ve been beyond hammered so many times over that period and still managed to floss lol. Once it becomes a habit for me I have zero issues making it happen every single day. Flossing is super important for most folks.
