How to avoid foods that block DHT

Ive noticed alot of foods I once thought were great block dht to some degree. I recently tried black cumin seed oil and although its great stuff it started causing flimsy dick.

No thanks. So the olenic acid in it blocks DHT. Come find out that a whole slew of foods block dht to an extent. Avacados, almonds, walnuts to name a few. Even olive oil.

So im like I need to rethink how im eating. I like DHT i want it on the higher end. Everyone talks about blocking it but i cant find any list of foods that are dht friendly.

Like seriously lol. I try not to be a dick but like come on I built my physique and lifts with fuckin pizza, steak, milk and enough McDonalds to kill the SupersizeMe guy numerous times over. It isn't that damn hard and does not require this kinda analysis 😑
It's that new generation. Like the kids at the gym putting chains and rubber bands on the bar when they bench while wearing toe sneakers

So that seed oil is also used to treat ED... SO you might have something else wrong with your dick and was unmasked with the oil?

Also I googled dht blocking foods and basically everything blocks DHT apparently.

It appears that the kids been watch too much MPMD forgetting that he's basically MPA and a wikipedia screen reader that's stumbled his way into success.

Dudes out there pretending to prove people natty by getting them basic bloodwork instead of a legit hair/blood sample steroid tests that will actually prove something.

Hey now, chains are useful if you're not retarded! When set properly, you can do fun shit like having 1000lbs at lockout and 700 at the bottom for squats, or similar big overload setups on other lifts. This way the lift never gets easier at any point, since the closer to lockout you go puts you in stronger positions but you'll have more weight there so those stronger positions are being pushed harder making them work more. I'd imagine the retard you're mentioning though was probably one of those guys that just finds chains in the corner bucket at the gym and adds em to the bar for nothing other than the noise and 'to look hArDcOrE' which I see plenty of.

I wish the gym I go to had chains... Because I use as hell ain't dragging mine to the gym all the time from the home gym hahaha

tbh (despite everyone shitting on you) this probably isn't something you should generally worry about if you're already enhanced

You can find plenty of research on various foods that have the potential to block DHT
When guys go in for hair loss, there's a reason they are prescribed a 5ɑ-reductase blocker (eg: finasteride)
It's because dietary changes make a very marginal difference-if any

just keep lifting hard and eating at a surplus and you'll be g2g mate

I love when people talk about DHT and say they feel like they have low or high DHT. Yet they never gotten a DHT bloodwork test in thier life and actually have no idea whether there’s is low or not.

Why don’t you get an actual blood work test done for DHT before you start basing your diet around it .
