Regarding hair loss I know running gear you definitely get thinning loss ect as I have experienced … what my question is what do you guys do to maybe help slow the process I do take biotin and try not to use a bunch of gunk in my hair daily I’m thinning towards the front and middle and receding back pretty good but it’s not so bad to where I don’t think something can’t be done shoot some ideas tricks and tips my way I’d appreciate it thought about doin the big beard bald look later down the road just don’t know if that’s gonna look bad though

You're losing it anyway. Might as well be jacked. You don't wanna be that middle aged balding guy that still is hanging on to every strand. You sound like this herb at my gym that's afraid to use gear because he doesnt wanna stop producing his own testosterone. When he got labs his T was around 300. Like bro let it go. Yeah. It's just acceptance my man. I just started shaving mine off. Struggled with that myself

Genetics are big. Ask your dad when he lost his hair, if he has, and ask your mom when she noticed any thinning/shedding if any. If they're still good and were good at your age you're fine. I shaved mine by choice a bit ago but prior I had a full mane of healthy hair holding out from being into the emo/scene kid thing in my earlier years. Plenty of guys maintain incredible, top 1% level physiques without losing their hair. All this to say: It is not guaranteed whatsoever that it'll happen to you. A lot of guys just decide to shave it when they get jacked because it is an aesthetic look to be fully bald or have a stubbly shaved head look.

Moms good on her hair no loss there dad started to thin around 45 or so I’m 29 so it’s in the genetics I’ll Probly end up doing the bearded bald look
