Are you gonna ditch the doctor or not . Supplementing with sust is gonna be all wonky with your current set up personally my best advice would be if possible ditch the doc and just do 125mg sust every 3.5 days and start there. Really not fan of sust but that's not important now. Titrate up as you wish, order your own bloods etc. diy the whole deal.
So I somewhat agree with this. Although depending on your insurance situation and costs, I have been with an endocrinologist for about 14 years now and I blast and cruise, I only see my doc about once a year now. So when its about 3 weeks out from seeing him i bring my doses down to prescribed levels for 3 weeks prior to seeing him. Thats generally enough time to normalize. Especially if i am just coming from my cruise doses which are only about 150mg of test a week higher then what I am prescribed, and if i am taking anything else besides test I may also remove it depending on what it is and if it will have any effect on my bloodwork that would draw any red flags..
Really there are a few factors involved to determine if you want to stay under a doctors care.
I like having my prescription. As it gives me a little piece of mind of traveling or something. So figure out what kind of program you will be running... like are you going to blast and cruise. Are you just interested in maintaining a higher test level then prescribed? Or do you want to add other compounds. How often are you going to need blood work done?
Outside of that, and getting back to your question... somewhat. I can give you my personal opinion on what a decent level of testosterone is in a "cruise" phase. I have run anywhere between 250-400mg of cyp or sust in these phases. And ive settled at about 300 as being a decent spot where i can recoup from a blast and still maintain gains and energy/ metabolism. I also like to have a little nandrolone in there. Like 150mg/week with 300-350 test.
I personally have a weaker response to test and need about 180mg-200mg/weekly to have a trough level of around 850-900ug/dl
So that 300mg mark puts me at above 1500. But thats the cutoff level on the tests i have used so i doubt its much higher but slightly.
Not sure if this answers your question or gives you a direction to head in. If you want to get more specific as to what your long term plan is, maybe i can give you a more specific recommendation.
